Morning all. This is huge. True, that waiting for close to 10 years to file a civil case could make it more difficult. The fact that the statute of limitations has been changed in itself is great news. So many victims of sexual assault may never receive the justice they truly deserve but this is a welcome and great start. This bill is long over due and much needed.
