"5th Redwood National Champions"
Over the weekend of March 12-13, 2022, the 5th grade All-Net team boys basketball players representing the Redwood Chapter of the Silicon Valley Section for National Junior Basketball (NJB) competed in the 2022 NJB National Tournament held in Garden Grove California. The team was comprised of the best 5th grade players in the local division, which draws from Menlo Park, Atherton, Emerald Hills, Redwood City, and Palo Alto. Redwood captured the National Title beating out local rival Saratoga with the final score 31 to 29.
