Service League of San Mateo County currently shows no Advisory Board on the website. This is what it showed the last time I looked.

“I think we made it pretty clear in the election process that we want to make sure all hospitals are seismically safe and it would probably receive substantial assistance from the county. We were pretty transparent and I think we made our case to the 65 percent of voters who approved it,”

I don't know about ALL hospitals, I know Seaton funded and staffed the Yes on A campaign.
