My bet is that DA Wagstaffe does nothing and refuses to prosecute.

The election as mayor has been overturned. That's plenty in my book. The Council and our community and the DA have far more important work to do than beat this up any more. The cure has occurred.

Not enough - the council nullified the election and elected new officers as was required by my 'cure and correct' letter. The council has not authority and took no action regarding Fergusson's illegal serial meeting - that is a criminal matter (like speeding, driving without a license etc) and that responsibility rests with the DA. It's ironic that so many other posts on this website preach that we must all play by the rules... like when some homeowner wants to cut down a redwood tree. I guess the rules apply to everyone but Ms. Fergusson.

Yes, there aren't enough empty buildings in MP yet. Why take in a new, rich firm that can employ THOUSANDS of people?

And indeed this is just what Menlo Park needs; thousands of new workers here, swelling the already over laoded schools, highways and city streets.

A company growing this large will do wonders for our quality of life, which should be the number one priority of our City staff and Council.

Palo Alto didn't want them, so the same reasons Menlo Park should not want them.
