Experts optimistic that lower interest rates will mean more affordable housing prices in 2024

With interest rates expected to drop in the coming year, many real estate experts and economists are optimistic that the housing market will see housing prices ease in 2024.

Only a Realtor would describe a 1.7% price reduction, after the last 20 years of expansion, as "more affordable housing." There is nothing affordable about Silicon Valley and it will likely remain that way for the rest of my life.
