Who will succeed Eshoo? Here are the candidates

When U.S. Rep. Anna Eshoo announced on Nov. 21 that she would not seek another term, she sent ripples through Silicon Valley's political establishment. By Dec. 13, a dozen people filed paperwork to run in the March 5 primary.

What a cornucopia of talent. I really have no idea as to who I will vote for. I had a favorite going in, but that was before reading this well-written story.

The upside in any case will be a new voice in Congress and, one hopes, a voice that will exhibit a bit less party loyalty as the first priority.

How about somebody who is:

—Under 55
—Over 35
—Not championing the climate change grift (wasn’t that what Biden’s misnamed “Inflation Reduction Act” did with its Trillion$ dumped on wasteful Solyndra-like schemes)
