Mountain View company touts aviation history with flight of crewless cargo plane

With nobody aboard, a cargo airplane circled the skies last month at Hollister Municipal Airport before touching down on the tarmac to cheers and applause from pilots remotely operating the aircraft 50 miles away in Mountain View.

Re the video of the remote-controlled aircraft flown from Hollister, controlled from Mountain View, the sight of the left side of the passenger's seat from the cockpit camera was fascinating. But might the camera not have been mounted so as to, ahem, see outside, perhaps to enable us to see the cockpit instruments, and through the, ahem, front window to see the takeoff and landing.
