What exactly is the crime?

He rang the gate, they let him in.

He went through the door that was unlocked.

When asked to leave, he did.

It seems like a rather innocent situation involving a fairly young exchange student and a fan who just wanted an autograph. This happened back in October. Is it necessary to run a story and publish his name?

The title sounded like something terrible happened, the events that took place actually innocent and harmless from an international fan. Raked Gao over the coals and then goes on to expose how easy it was to gain access into Curry's home. Well I guess you guys are keeping it real :)

My initial impression of this was the same as local teacher. If things went down as described, there was no crime. He wasn't trespassing, he was granted access to the property. When asked to leave, he did. He shouldn't have been cited in the first place. The DA should just drop it.
