Eschoo didn't do anything for thirty years, other than to vote as instructed. The names to replace her, unfortunately, are terrible and will be even worse!

Anna performed superbly as our Congressional representative. She authored hundreds of bills and was a wonderful advocate for her constituents. She and her talented staff have a remarkable record of resolving issues for her constituents.
Thank you Anna for your service and may you enjoy a long and peaceful retirement.

I once had a problem and her staff was incredible. I was amazed at the level of personal service I received from Anna's local staff and my problem was resolved in a couple of days.
I thought she (along with Jackie Speier) was one of the very few high integrity members of Congress. I thank her for her service and wish her well!

For the first time in "two decades", a Silicon Valley congress member is retiring, a move that will shake up the South Bay's political landscape — with many local Democrats reportedly eyeing the seat.
Two decades?
This is a terrible system, You should all move on every 4-6 years. They propped up "literally' Feinstein until she could no longer feed herself or sit up on her own. Serving should not be a career move.

Westbrook - On the other hand, the people of California had many chances to elect different people and yet repeatedly chose to elect Feinstein and Eshoo. The electorate was either satisfied or preferred them over the alternative.

Anytime an elected official is re-elected in an oppossed race it is clearly the voters who have spoken.
Eshoo has always run oppossed and usually won by a good margin.
We have been well served by her representation!
