A longtime Sacramento critic, Lydia Kou announces run for state Assembly

Palo Alto Mayor Lydia Kou, a staunch critic of California's approach to encourage more housing, announced on Monday that she plans to run for the state Assembly.

I applaud Lydia's initiative, sincerity and courage. All too may politicians are more worried about their future within their Party than they are about serving the voters. Cleary Berman & Becker are afraid to anger their bosses in the Democratic offices in Sacramento & will not even comment on SB-9 and the Housing Element.

We all look forward to working with her to reign in the State!
