Hallelujah!! That's all I can say. Finally the tide is turning against these awful machines that spew NOx and dog feces into our lungs and drive everyone crazy with their noise. And for what? A clean driveway? Thank God the state had the guts to do something because cities have been woefully bad at taking action.

Dave:

Aren't people compelled by law to pick up their dogs' feces? Yes. So the issue isn't with leaf blowers it's with irresponsible dog owners. As to Nox spewing, you do know they make electric leaf blowers, right? So that leaves the noise. If one doesn't like noise they shouldn't be living in an urban area. Leaf blowers are among many causes of noise in that environment.
