Tree-trimmer dies in Menlo Park after falling into wood chipper

A man died of his injuries after falling into a wood chipper on the 900 block of Peggy Lane in Menlo Park on Tuesday, according to police.

Very Tragic accident. I also offer condolences to the family, co-workers and the residents of the home and their neighbors who were affected. I hope there is a full and thorough investigation that leads to safety improvements.
