This is tragic news. My heart goes out to his family, co-workers and anyone who witnessed the accident or its aftermath.

Very Tragic accident. I also offer condolences to the family, co-workers and the residents of the home and their neighbors who were affected. I hope there is a full and thorough investigation that leads to safety improvements.
