Adult entertainers file class action lawsuit against Meta, alleging wrongful suppression of Facebook and Instagram traffic

A complaint filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California uses the phrase "on information and belief," a total of 34 times in asserting far-reaching claims by a class of adult entertainers against Meta.

Sounds like a pretty thin case to me, more like either a fishing attempt or a weak try at getting a settlement without going to trial. It will be interesting to see if this get tossed out of court or if it is allowed to proceed.
