Local schools hit with surge of COVID-19 cases as omicron spreads

Classes have been back in session for less than a week after winter break and local schools are reporting record numbers of COVID-19 cases among students and staff, as the highly contagious omicron variant spreads locally.

Great information regarding Covid update. Hoping the numbers start to decrease, as many experts have forecasted, and we continue to keep the kids in school and the sports teams to continue playing. We cannot go back to the debacle of 2021. Keeping kids in school should be the #1 goal, for their health, both mental and physical.
