Enough is a registered user.

Just plain stupid. I guess he will have some time to think about his mistakes.

Can anyone explain what is the situation with that parking lot. Is it privately owned? Are there time limits for how long a car can be there.

Was at Safeway 2x last week, and there is now a van camped out over 2 spots near were Peets used to be. There are bicycles and other "gear" on top of the van, trash completely surrounding the van, and the van door open. Honestly, the person/people there are not engaged in shopping at any store in that center.
