The “could be valued” lots “could be” valued at $300k to $400k after taxes? Does that figure seem low for a piece of property on the Peninsula with electric, water, and sewer accessibility? Will the council still help in the purchase if the lots are “actually” valued at $500k-$600k?

Also, will there be some sort of long term support needed for low income residents who could be saddled with $6k+-$7k+ property tax?
