Gov. Gavin Newsom champions new school reopening deal in Palo Alto

The day after announcing legislation to incentivize school districts to resume in-person instruction, Gov. Gavin Newsom visited Barron Park Elementary School, praising the district as a model that proves campuses can reopen safely.
