Community college district courses to remain mostly online through December

San Mateo Community College District classes will remain online through the end of the fall semester. Some in-person instruction will continue for certain essential sectors — such as health care, emergency services and transportation.

Absurd nonsense. Once teachers have the opportunity to be vaccinated, which will certainly be the case by summer, in-person classes must begin.
