Caltrain is implementing a new schedule starting Monday aimed at improving service for essential workers and others dependent on public transit who have continued riding the agency's trains amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

Why does Caltrain continue to use 6 passenger cars per train when ridership is down 95%? Surely that is a waste of money and additional pollution pulling unneeded weight.
