Thank you, Dr. Morrow, for communicating with us like reasonably intelligent adults who can take some straight talk. This is exceedingly unusual to see from any public officials, especially those at the state level.

An additional step you could take in cases where the state is doing something wrongheaded or inconsistent, as you have cited above, would be to state what you think they *should* be doing instead.
