Should you/we be assuming Biden and Harris have been elected?
We should remember that the election has been called by the media not by Congress.
The Electoral College ballots are counted by Congress, which then certifies the election of the President and Vice President and notifies the winners. Just details.

Yes. Biden will end up with 306 electoral votes, same as Trump got in 2016, iirc. Biden will have beat a sitting incumbent with a higher percentage of the vote than even Reagan in 1980 (~51% vs 50.7%, with millions to be counted; Biden has a FIVE million vote lead, so far.)

No different than 2016 or any other election.
What's your point? That you think there is some magical election fraud that will award the election to the incumbent?
You've never referred to election results until the congressional presentation? Ever?

The last GOP President elected by both the popular vote and EC was back in 1988..32 years ago! If you want to understand why the GOP needs to cheat, look only as far as the changing demographics in the United States.

Not true. Bush won in 2004 with a tiny lead in the electoral collage AND popular vote. 35 electoral votes and 3 million in the popular vote, 16 years ago.
And all the major news outlets have confirmed the election goes to Biden based on statistical analysis of the 96-99% votes counted in every state. It is improbable that will change.
Biden won 74 electoral votes (and by over 5 million in the popular vote). That would be insurmountable to overcome with lawsuits.
Courts should not be entertaining frivolous lawsuits. Lawsuits with evidence of substantial fraud, sure, but apparently there aren't really any of those to be found.
Ignoring facts doesn't make them go away, just because you don't like them.
