More businesses set to reopen as some restrictions are lifted for San Mateo County

San Mateo was one of four Bay Area counties moved into a less-restrictive tier Tuesday, allowing for more businesses to reopen and for already-open businesses like restaurants and religious facilities to expand indoor operations.
