Only one of the Candidates in District 3 seems to have any experience with City Government and that is Jen Wolosin who stated the Safe Routes to School program and has been a member of the Complete Streets commission for years. Personally I think the other candidates should volunteer for one of the commissions or committees before they run for City Council. They should learn not only how things work but show that they are willing to put in the effort for the city before they get elected to the Council.

Jen Wolosin would be a superb Council Member - she has a deep understanding of our community, has been a long time community volunteer, she is smart and she is disciplined.
