What the MP City Manager should do is reduce his own wages, as well as those of the Mayor, other City administrators, and the MP City Council!!!

Wait, so the city pays non-essential people. Oh, that's right, this is government. Only way we all get to open is when the public sector starts feeling the pain, and since the city cannot print money, Cuts are coming. Oh, and tax increases, but since we are already taxed on everything, the only things left tax wise are regressive taxes.

The salary of a Menlo Park City Councilmember is legally bound to the state guideline, equaling @12,191 dollars a year.
