Isn't there a mask and glove requirement for all food store employees and deliverers of groceries and meals

All too often I observe grocery store employees, restaurant employees, Instacart and meal delivery folks who handle food items without mask and or gloves. Isn't this a state or county reg now, or if not it should be.
