Coronavirus outbreak prompts Stanford to order travel restrictions, quarantines

Stanford University is restricting all travel to China to prevent a spread of the coronavirus epidemic and requiring a 14-day quarantine for people who traveled to the country before they take part in classroom or on-campus activities.

This shouldn't just apply to people who have traveled to China, but to anyone whose household member has traveled to China. A lot of tech workers do business there, and we have a large Chinese community with family members recently traveling for Chinese New Year. It makes sense to guard public health with a household quarantine.
