A complete list of home sales on the Midpeninsula, where Woodside recorded the highest sale at $22,000,000 for an estate reportedly sold by actress Michelle Pfeiffer and her husband, film and TV producer David E. Kelley.

RE Sale of 100 Why Worry Lane.

Since this property sold to Why Worry Properties LLC, I wonder of it's just a Tax and/or litigation dodge?
