Menlo Park offers holiday break in overnight parking ban enforcement

Menlo Park residents hosting family or friends for the holidays can now assure guests that there's no need to fret over parking; the police department won't be enforcing the city's overnight parking ban over the holidays.

what will happen to all the criminals and scofflaws who will abuse this enforcement window to leave their unsightly vehicles scattered all around beautiful Menlo Park? This is a slippery slope to Palo Alto.

Always has to be a naysayer. The sky is falling. They lift the enforcement on overnight parking every holiday. The world hasn't come to an end and neither has Menlo Park. Get a grip.
