PG&E to begin restoring power in San Mateo County on Monday, but another shutoff could follow Tuesday

PG&E is expected to begin restoring power today (Oct. 28) to nearly 60,000 customers in San Mateo County who lost service Saturday night, but the utility is warning another blackout could start Tuesday.
