I'd like to thank Rick Radin for his ongoing reporting of the efforts by Glens residents to work on an agreement with the Town about zoning and building in the geographically constrained Woodside Glens area. I'd like to emphasize the point made by Planning Commissioner Aydan Kutay about safety and continue to urge the Town to develop code changes as necessary to help Glens residnts more easily and affordably repair old and unsafe structures, especially given what happened in Paradise and other communities in the last few years. If too many dollars or hurdles are presented, I fear many will not be able to afford let alone attempt improvements.

More propaganda from overpaid town “officials”. For most it’s all about safety and not about making bigger homes. For others it’s NIMBY. Part of the story is being told. Many aren’t that surprised.
