Congratulations! Mark is an excellent choice to fill in for a year. Though he only served 3 years of his elected term, he has continued to support the district and stay involved for many years. His calm, thoughtful approach has always been a delight to those who have served with them. Kudos to all for this decision! Couldn't be happier!

Thank you to the MPCSD Board of Trustees for such a thoughtful and thorough deliberation on Monday night. The community will be well-served with Mark Box on the Board for the next 14 months, and there will be some fantastic candidates running in November 2020.

Thanks to the Board for their dedication to the children of MPCSD and for such careful consideration of this appointment. I was glad to have had the opportunity to introduce myself to you and to the community and excited to run for a seat in 2020. I'm confident Mark Box will serve the community well for the next 14 months.

Congrats to the Board for a really inclusive and thoughtful process, and a smart choice. I was glad for the chance to participate. And congrats and best wishes to Mark over the coming months.
