Suspect in sexual assault case to get Nov. 5 hearing, remains in custody

At a hearing on Monday (Sept. 9), Randolph Haldeman, the Menlo Park man facing 20 sexual assault charges for allegedly molesting several children, received a Nov. 5 date for a preliminary hearing in San Mateo County Superior Court.

He is charged with many sex crimes against many different children and is suspected of more crimes. He is a danger to society and should remain locked up until the trial is completed.

If these charges stick he’ll nevah get out of the slammer.
