Menlo Park vandalism, assault defendant to get Sept. 30 jury trial

A San Diego man who was arrested for vandalizing cars, making threats, assault on a police officer and resisting arrest in an April 24 incident in Menlo Park will face a jury trial on Sept. 30.

African American is not politically correct. It’s black lives matter not African American lives matter. Black power not African American lives matter.

@Jim: are you addressing the assailant? If so, perhaps a letter to jail might be more appropriate than an online comment section.

If, however, you are either mocking or attempting thinly veiled attacks, you have failed, particularly in light of the white nationalist terrorism across the country this weekend.

It seems these days the only folks who use the phrase "politically correct" are folks that would prefer to say something uncivil, at best, or worse - say something hostile.

Why not let your flag fly, Jim? What are yo afraid of?
