When will the parade of dead motorcyclists coming down from our hills stop?

Almanac: It would be helpful to know more info about why the tragic accident occurred. I ride my bike down this part of 84 all the time. Was the tow truck driver in the wrong lane of traffic? Was the motorcyclist in his own lane? There are a lot of cafe racers on motorcycles in the hills who think the road is a racetrack. There's nothing to indicate that in this case, but it would be helpful to know Thanks, Joseph Hutchins
