Skyline slaying suspect also of Yemeni ancestry

Original post made on Jun 25, 2019

Malik Dosouqi, the suspect in the Skyline Boulevard double homicide case, shared a Yemeni ancestry with one of the victims in the case, Abdulmalek Nasher, although no evidence has been shown that they knew each other.

I find the report he is from Yemen interesting since his father seemingly appeared in the United Sates Court of Appeals in the Ninth District as a Palestinian in 2015 seeking the district court's grant of summary judgment in favor of the government in his action to compel the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service to adjudicate his application for adjustment of status.

In an even more bizarre turn the suspect's father was a victim in the rather well know Seti Scalon case also prosecuted by Wagstaff in 2004.

Why the heck does this matter? Doesn't this board already have enough idle speculation?

Wait till the trial and facts come out.

I know, I know, the internet would be vacant were it not for idle, unsubstantiated gossip.

March 14, 2019 San Mateo County Sheriff Deputies made contact with Malik Dousouqi in El Granada. The outcome of the contact from that date was Dosouqi’s arrest and booking. Was a 5150 hold considered? If not why not?
