Driver arrested for attempted murder at Nealon Park scheduled to enter plea Friday

A man charged with attempted murder after allegedly striking a pedestrian with a stolen car on June 7 at Nealon Park refused to come to court Wednesday and Thursday, June 12 and 13, and is scheduled to plea Friday.

What a dirt bag this guy is. Hope he gets a long prison term. Someone needs to check and see if he's here in the U.S. legally.

@pearl, I think we all agree that the alleged behavior qualifies as dirtbaggery.

However, I think you need to ask yourself why you immediately raise the question of whether he is present in the US legally. There is . NOTHING in the article to suggest any questions of legal status. Except. Well, there is a latino name. Could that be what triggers the question? What assumptions might one make about your name? (I can't guess as you have not disclosed it (not that you have to))
