Perhaps the Ravenswood district should put less effort into fighting charters (which are actually educating kids in EPA and EMP) and more effort into righting their own ship. The current state of the district doesn't even appear to be baby-sitting, let alone education.

Does Ravenswood School District lose state funds for Tinsely Agreement students who attend school in other districts? ?

If Ravenswood's funding is based on daily student attendance, does each Tinsley student attending Palo Alto Unified or Menlo Park School District reduce Ravenswood's per student funding?

How is the Tinsely paid for? Is there any transfer of payments from Ravenswood to the other districts? Or do other districts pay the entire costs of students attending in their district?
