New Belle Haven Library plans move forward

The population of Menlo Park on the Bay side of 101 could triple in the coming years, and the city of Menlo Park has been working to streamline a process to build a new library in Belle Haven as soon as possible.

Do the plans for the new Bell Haven library take into consideration the likely substantial use by East Palo Alto residents including its students of the Ravenswood School District? Additionally the library would most likely attract residents from the southeastern Fair Oaks neighborhoods and residents of east 101 Redwood City north of Marsh Rd.
Hopefully these numbers were included in the usage and needs studies.
