Measles-carrying Caltrain commuter sparks public health warning

Public health officials are warning the public of possible exposure to measles -- this time involving a Santa Clara County resident who traveled to San Francisco via Caltrain, the San Francisco Department of Public Health said Tuesday.

There are a number of legit reasons for not being vaccinated including health and not knowing that as a child your folks didn't get you vaccinated.
However religious reasons, quasi -science and anti-vaxer is no excuse. The mayor of NYC has it right. Expulsion from schools, public and private events, etc. And $1000 fine for the parent/guardian.
Excuse me if I don't have his regs quite right.
The rules and regs should apply to all vaccines for contagions.
