Bay Area homes sales hit 11-month low in February

Over the course of February in the Bay Area, 4,354 new and existing homes and condominiums were sold, up nearly 13 percent from the previous month, but the year-over-year trajectory is trending downward, according to a report by CoreLogic, a housing research firm.

Things are getting squishy. Let's see if the current president can break the string of every GOP president having a recession in their 1st term. So far, so good, but there is some softening around the edges of various bubbles.
