I'd like to see an accounting of tasers and their usage on a monthly basis by each municipality until we have a complete picture of their safety in the hands of law enforcement, as well as their need.

Who decides that someone has a mind-body disconnect, the one with the taser?

I'm very concerned about the militarization of our forces. Is there resident oversight of the Menlo Park Police Department? If not, why not?

Maybe they are safer, so let's find out.
