Mitchell Johnson's work is wonderful. I have seven of his paintings, each fascinating it its own way. Fortunately, I bought most of them before he became so famous. I still love his style, color-scope, etc. I'm certain he is on his way to greatness. With all the painters in the world, it's amazing that someone can still find a way to be original--and Mitchell certainly has. You can recognize his works immediately--a sign of a great painter.
