I am a bit surprised and disappointed that an individual (and adult) who chose to run from police, caused an multi-vehicle accident and was found with a stolen loaded handgun in the vehicle only got 9 months in county jail. Each of these crimes is serious and alone should result in years in state prison. Why was the plea bargain so lenient?
