Congratulations! I look forward to working with our new council members and other residents to address longstanding big problems and opportunities in the areas within the Downtown/El Camino Specific Plan. Unfortunately, these have NOT been addressed with any sense of urgency the past four years. Fresh ideas, open-mindedness and professional quality civic project evaluations - requirements in business - are welcomed.
