Celebration of Frances Pierce's life Dec. 1 in Portola Valley

A celebration of the life of Portola Valley resident Frances Stephani Pierce, whose body was found in the sea off Half Moon Bay earlier this month, is set for Dec. 1 at Valley Presbyterian Church.
