We are Menlo Park voters but our November 6 mail-in ballots did NOT include candidates for the Menlo Park City Council race (we are District 4 voters in that contest). Candidates for the Menlo Park Fire District were included in our ballots. Anyone know why this omission? Where and how do we vote for the MP Council candidates?
