Sheriff's Office personnel now have overdose-prevention drug

All San Mateo County Sheriff's Office personnel have been equipped with the overdose prevention drug naloxone as of this week, sheriff's officials said.

Kudos to the Civil Grand Jury for highlighting this issue, and the Sheriff's office for acting on the recommendation. Lives will be saved as a result.

It's not an overdose prevention drug. You give it to someone who has already overdosed to counter the effects of the overdose.

So the liberal Sheriff will spend all that money to save drug addicts who will go out and OD again and again but will not spend the money for body cameras to protect his Deputies who are involved in life and death decisions that are judged by people who do not have a clue and suffer the jury CSI effect!!! Good job Bolanos!! Oh yes...and of the course the tax payers also pay the bill for the BS Spanish admonishment about your Deputies not being ICE and that you will not take any action regarding KNOWN illegals...another Bolanos proud moment...said no one ever! This is what happens when you slide a man of very questionable integrity into this position...brothel ring a bell?
