Update: Chemical spill in UPS truck was ethanol

The toxic-substance spill at the center of a hazardous-materials incident Tuesday on Bohannon Drive in Menlo Park was the bio-fuel ethanol, and not the chemical benzonitril, as originally reported by first responders.
