Palo Alto University professor accuses Kavanaugh of sexual assault

Original post made on Sep 17, 2018

Christine Blasey Ford, a psychology professor at Palo Alto University, identified herself Sunday to the Washington Post as the author of the confidential letter that accused Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh of sexually assaulting her in the early 1980s, when they were both high school students in suburban Maryland.

The facts are coming out so fast! The Palo Alto Professor passing polygraph tests, etc..

The other boy present, when Brett allegedly attempted his rape of a 15 year old girl, has a book...

"his 1997 memoir, Wasted: Tales of a GenX Drunk, describes a youth spent in blackout drunkenness in the company of high-school buddy “Bart O’Kavanaugh,” who “passed out on his way back from a party” and was seen puking “in someone’s car the other night.”"

Bart/Brett is toast - once the GOP moved the meeting out to next Monday, they effectively abandoned him. You can just hear the shoes getting ready to drop...

Also: the GOP is still withholding 100,000 documents of Brett's public records during the Bush administration (torture, Iraq, etc..)

Pick a new judge to pardon you, Donny.

Appreciation to the Almanac for bringing this local story involving our community members forward.

Why won't they release the thousands of public documents?

What is Kavanaugh hiding?

Donald Trump has admitted to sexually assaulting numerous women ("I grab them by the pus***", etc). Who wants to bet his number one priority is stacking the Supreme Court with fellow travelers because he expects his impeachment to reach them at some point?

Kavanaugh isn't toast, as much as he should be. Politics has become party before country. The pugs will confirm him no matter what. We're stuck with him.

Menlo Voter:
You and many will do anything to disqualify this honorable man. You people should have backed Sanders instead of the Clinton Crime Family. Bad move, now you will pay for it for the next 50 years!!

Honest, fair, and responsible politics are gone! You will lose the house and senate again, hold on for many other adventures. The state of California and other cities refuses to believe in the The Supremacy Clause of the United States Constitution (Article VI, Clause2) establishes that the Constitution, federal laws made pursuant to it, and treaties made under its authority, constitute the supreme law of the land.

Soon the Supreme Court will rule on these Treason Acts, and California and many of these states and cities will loose federal funds that we, as tax paying citizens pay annually.

Good job Governor, legistators, local government officials, you have put us in a bad $$$$$$$ situation. Many of us are not happy.

I don’t see how any of these justices can help Trump personally. IF (big IF) evidence is forthcoming that indicates he committed a crime, and he pardons himself, I guess they could rule that’s within his authority but he could be and most likely would be impeached by Congress. He couldn’t be prosecuted for those theoretical crimes while president anyway.

"Good job Governor, legistators, local government officials, you have put us in a bad $$$$$$$ situation."

Trump added a trillion in debt just to hand out corporate welfare. So yes, even Brown looks golden by comparison.

So at least stay on topic and don't embarrass yourself.

Citizen:

first of all, you know nothing about me.

I'm not doing anything to disqualify Kavanaugh.

I didn't vote for Hillary over Sanders as I'm not a democrat.

You're right honest, fair responsible politics IS gone. If you had a modicum of reading comprehension you'd see that's what I said. You know, "party before country", ring a bell?

All these men who won't believe the female professor, yet they have no problem believing men who claim they were raped and abused 30 years ago by pedophiles in some religious situations...

In our country we area all presumed innocent, until proven guilty. You, me, Judge Kavanaugh. Further, we all have the right to face our accuser. I hope the Professor shows up on Monday to testify and help resolve this last minute firestorm. Until proven otherwise though, Judge Kavanaugh remains a highly qualified Jurist and candidate for the Supreme Court. Whether I agree with his personal politics, religion, gender, past employers, or alma mater is immaterial.

@presumed

Shouldn't they also call the only witness, Mark Judge, Kavanaughs friend who also wrote the book?

Like the priests who were accused by many, all are innocent until proven guilty.

Nominees for lifetime appointments, however, face the additional burden of telling the truth.
