12 years????? For killing a child, severely injuring an innocent person and fleeing?? This is NONSENSE!!!! Compute the average lifespan of a female and give this worthless spineless criminal one year for every year this little girl should have lived plus every year for how old she was at the time of her death! Then tack on additional time for the other counts. Not to mention what this cost the tax payers for all of these years. Our Criminal Justice System has gone way too soft on these scumbags of our society!!!!
